5. Orders and Delivery

• All orders placed are subject to verification, acceptance and fulfillment based on stock and licensing requirements.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by transporters, regulatory checks or external factors shall not constitute a breach of contract.
• Title and risk of goods pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting discrepancies within 48 hours.

Astrowin Healthcare operates in accordance with applicable laws under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 among others.
